The Small Print

Returns and exchanges are always tough, for ours we tried to be as fair as possible. For custom pieces, we do not offer returns/refunds but please message me and I will try my very best to rectify the issue. Customer service is our number one priority along with customer satisfaction. 

For all of products we offer a 14 day return period, but again please always send us a message and we will try our best to help fix the issue.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

For shipping we try to do our best with being eco-friendly. All doormats are shipped in compostable poly mailers. 
We also offer a shipping warranty on our products so if there are any issues with damaged parcels please let us know as soon as possible and we fix the issue quickly. 
If you live on the island or are visiting, we offer an island wide delivery once a week as well as free porch pick up! If your order needs to be rushed please let us know ASAP.
